The Gaine Invitational is back and better than ever. Once again, our goal is to support a charitable cause near and dear to everyone involved. This year
the proceeds from the tournament will directly support Wheeler’s Warriors. Wheeler is the son of dear friends Courtney and Judy Stecker. Courtney has been playing in this tournament for years, and while he never medaled, he does bring a ton of good vibes and is a delight to play with.
Wheeler was diagnosed with CLN3 – Juvenile Batten Disease, an ultra-rare, fatal, inherited disorder that primarily affects the nervous system. The Gaine Invitational is honored to be supporting Wheeler, Courtney, and Judy through this gathering of friends that always turns out to be a good time despite the quality of play. Per usual, we will have our cash and liquid prizes for winners and longest drive and closest to the pin competitions, as well as a couple new competition entries to get competitive about.
